Picking software that checks every pick

Adrova Warehouse is guided picking and QA verification software for warehouses that still pick from paper tickets. Every pick is scanned against the ticket, and every order is checked by QA before it ships. It’s in development, and we’re taking design-partner pilots.

How it works

From pick ticket to verified order

How Adrova Warehouse is designed to work, in five steps.

  1. Import

Pick tickets come in as a CSV export from your ERP. Adrova doesn't replace your ERP or need any changes to it.

  2. Guided pick

Pickers get on-screen and spoken directions on Zebra touchscreen handhelds.

  3. Scan to confirm

Every pick is scanned, so a mispick is caught at the shelf, not at QA. Shorts go to an exception queue. Nothing fails silently.

  4. Verify

Finished picks pass to QA. QA is a separate role with its own task queue in the same system, so pickers never check their own work.

  5. Results out

Picks, shorts and verification results come out of Adrova as a CSV file, so nobody retypes them from paper.

Also built in

  • Audit log

Every action is logged, and you can see your own logs.

  • Wi-Fi dead zones

Built to handle the dead zones in warehouse Wi-Fi.

  • Supervisor view

Progress, operators, picks per hour and mispick rate in one management view.

Why Adrova

Fits around how you work today

  • Works with your ERP

Adrova starts from a pick ticket export. You keep your ERP, and nothing in it changes. Direct ERP and WMS integration is planned.

  • Runs alongside your current process

Start on one zone or one shift. Everything else keeps running the way it does now.

  • If we go down, you keep shipping

Your paper process stays as the fallback. If Adrova goes down, print the tickets and keep shipping.

  • Hosted or on your servers

We can host it, or you can run it on your own servers.

Pilot

Design-partner pilots

We’re taking a small number of design-partner pilots while Adrova Warehouse is in development. A pilot is three steps.

  1. One zone

The pilot runs in a single zone, alongside your current process.

  2. A baseline

We measure how that zone performs today, before anything changes.

  3. The switch

Then that zone switches over to Adrova.
