Adrova

Privacy Policy

Effective October 16, 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal information when you visit adrovasoftware.com or contact us. The short version: this site has no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no forms. We only receive what you choose to email, call or text us, plus the basic request logs every web server keeps.

Who we are

This site is operated by Adrova LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company based in McLeansville, North Carolina. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@adrovasoftware.com.

What we collect

  • What you send us. If you email, call or text us, we receive your email address or phone number, your name if you give it, and whatever you tell us, such as your company name, role or details about your warehouse.
  • Server logs. The company that hosts this site automatically records basic information about each request: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page you asked for, the page that linked you here (referrer), and the time. Every website works this way.

We don’t ask for or want sensitive information such as financial account numbers or health information. Please don’t send it.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts and all other files are served from this domain, so loading a page doesn’t tell any other company that you visited. No third party collects personal information about your online activities over time or across other websites through this site.

If we ever show a site notice and you dismiss it, your browser keeps a small note in its local storage so the notice stays dismissed. That note stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because this site doesn’t track visitors at all, it treats every visit the same way, whether or not your browser sends one of these signals.

How we use it

  • Email, calls and texts: to reply to you, talk with you about Adrova, a pilot or a project, and keep a record of our business correspondence.
  • Server logs: to deliver the site, keep it secure, and investigate errors or abuse.

We don’t sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build profiles of you.

Who else receives it

Two kinds of service providers handle this information for us: the company that hosts this site (server logs) and our email provider (email). They process it to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business. We share it with no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep email for as long as we need it for the conversation and our business records, and delete it when it no longer serves a business or legal purpose. Server logs are kept for our hosting provider’s standard retention period and then deleted.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@adrovasoftware.com and we’ll respond. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit who can access email and logs. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change affects how we handle information we already hold, we’ll say so at the top of this page.
